 Happy Holidays Everyone! It's almost Christmas so here's a little day in my life Christmas edition :)

We made some Christmas cookies with the family, and boy did they taste good.

And it's not Christmas at our house without the red velvet cupcakes.

The Truth About Broken Hearts

Do you remember as a kid you would dream of your Fairytale moment, where your true love would sweep you off your feet and you would live happily ever after. Come on we've all had those dreams, but you never really dreamt about the part before your true love found you huh? You never really thought about everything before that one moment did you? When you were a kid you never really thought about how bad a broken heart would feel. I have an older brother, and i have seen him with a broken heart a few times. I remember wondering why he was so sad, how can your heart hurt? I never quite understood, he had no scraps or bruises so how could he be hurting? I don't think you ever truly get how bad a broken heart feels until you get your heart broken. It's hard to understand how much pain and anger you feel for what seems like forever.

 I realize as i am writing this, people don't really talk about this topic very much. But people really should because everyone has, or will have a broken heart sadly. After a while you just learn to deal with it. I know how ridiculous that sounds but it's true, you still have those emotions but you just learn to deal with them. You lay in your bed looking at the ceiling listening to sad songs. When you feel this way there is no amount of money or stuff that could make you happy, it feels like you will never be happy again. You feel like your world has just come to an end, but it will get better. This is where i tell you a bunch of stuff you don't want to hear. 1: It takes time " See, already stuff you don't want to hear."  but everything takes time. I know it's hard to see that everything will work out when you feel like you're dying, but it will be okay.

2: Don't lay in your bed listening to sad songs feeling bad for yourself. Yes you do need to feel sad for a little while, but not forever. 3:It's not the end of the world, i know it feels like it but it will get better. It's hard to look at it that way right now but it takes time. It will never completely go away, you will always have that pain. But it will get better. I promise. 4:There is a perfect person out there for you. You don't have to be looking it will happen when you least expect it, trust me. Last but not least. 5: Learn to love yourself! It feels so good to have that power again, like you feel new. It may be like you have a really good day then you have a bad week, but it will get better. Just take this time to be a whole new person and love yourself.   

A Day Out On The Town

I decided to head out and spend the day on the town and have some fun. So i thought i would show you guys what i did today. Lets get started.

First off i had to stop at whole foods because i needed a few things and this is by far my favorite grocery store. I got some boxed water, cause why not haha.

Afterwords i decide to do some window shopping at one of my favorite stores that i can't actually buy anything from because well i don't have that kinda money haha, but i sure do love looking at all the gorgeous things. I was there for a while, I'm pretty sure they wanted to kick me out because i wasn't buying anything haha.

Mirror selfies cause duh lighting was amazing. A little OOTD, My Shirt is from Old Navy, My Hat is from Target, My Jeans are from a thrift store, and you can't see my shoes but i was wearing my White Converse.

After some window shopping i decided to end the day with a cupcake from Georgetown Cupcake, and i had there Halloween one and it was so good, and with some hot coco of course because it was cold.

My beautiful sister being silly while we were waiting for our cupcakes haha. So that was a liitle taste of my day, i hope you enjoyed following me around. :) 

Falling back into blogging

Hey guys! Oh my goodness it's been a long time, I have been off the blog all summer! :( Summer time is always the busiest time of year for me between all the plays i am in, traveling and basically the lazy summer vibe likes to get in the way. Since fall is here and i am getting back in the swing of things blogging has made its way back in my life, and boy am i happy that it has. I am so excited for all the fall posts i have coming up (So look forward to those.) Fall is defiantly my favorite time of year for fashion and i am excited for some style related posts coming up. Just a little update / Blog ad swap

May Favorites 2015

Hey everyone! Can you believe how fast this year is going by? It's already almost June and that means May favorites time! :) I don't have a lot this month but why don't we jump right in. :) 

Okay so the first thing is this Fossil bag i found at Goodwill i looked them up and the price for this kind is about $150 but i only paid $4.00 and it looks brand new! I am so happy with this find because i have been wearing it all month.

My next 3 favorites are these jewelry pieces i found at a resale store. I like to wear them all together with a simple tee shirt and jeans.

I just love these shoes they are so comfortable. They are from the company Bamboo and i also found them at Goodwill for $4.00 and still had the sticker inside. As you can see i have been doing a lot of thrift shopping lately because i have had good luck at finding really nice brands lately.

Thees are my absolute favorite ice breakers! They are so good.

I found this e.l.f lip exfoliator at my old navy because they have recently started carrying the e.l.f brand and i was so happy because i have been wanting this product for a long time. I have been loving white nail polish this month and this wet n wild one has been my favorite.

My last favorite for may is this notebook i found at a gift shop when i was at the beach a few weeks ago and i have been using it to write all my blog things in it and i love it.

Just stressed

We all have our little break down moments and times where we can't handle ourselves. We just want the world to go away and we wish time would just stop. I have been quite stressed lately and have kinda lost my way in life, strayed from the path if you will. I have felt down about myself and well just stressed, so I needed to find my way back.

The first thing I normally do when I feel lost in life is redo my room or organize my room because I spend a lot of my time in there so it should stay happy, light, and fresh. Next I like to share my troubled thoughts with a close friend so I call up a friend to set a time for us to get together to talk and one of my friends who I couldn't live without always knows how to help me get back on track. Going on walks always helps me get myself back together and again a friend is always nice on a long walk. I have also  felt a little lonely lately, which is strange to me because I have so many wonderful people around me everyday.

 To get me through those lonely times I love to pick up a book and drown myself in their lives. These things don't last forever the time of pain and loneliness is temporary we have to get though things sometimes and I find having good people around you helps to boost your positivity. Me being the artsy person I am drawing or even sometimes dancing helps me unwind and just cool off from a long day. Even taking a long bath helps me unwind. No one said life would be easy, but we all need a break from time to time to help us get back on track. Do what is best for you and I hope you have a wonderful stress free day! :)

Camper Reveal {Part one}

Oh my gosh! I can't type fast enough. I'm so excited not only to share this reveal with you guys but, to actually be done with this camper so we can hit the road! Today I'll be sharing all the photos of the new interior in the camper and then soon I will have some cool before and after shots that really showcase how far we have come since purchasing this little camper and I'll give a source list with that post also. 

This is my mom and dads bed. Matthew my little brother also shares this bed when we don't want to pull the sofa bed out.

The most important element for me in this reveal is not to show off this camper, but it's an inspiration post on how you can take a little old something and transform it into a luxury, even while on a shoestring budget. 

I am really happy how it turned out me and my famliy put a lot of hard work into it and i am glad to finally share it with you guys. :)

My Target Haul

So i just made a trip to target and i thought why not do a haul for you guys. I got mostly e.l.f products because it is like my favorite makeup brand and target is the only place near me that sales it. But i did get some things from other brands too. I only spent $28.87 and i had a $30.00 budget and that is a lot of stuff for only $28.87. 

These are the things i got from the studio line. The first thing i got is the e.l.f. Studio Contouring Blush & Bronzing Powder for $3.00. the next thing i got from the studio line is e.l.f. Studio Flawless Finish Foundation for $6.00. The last thing i got from this line is e.l.f. Studio Cream Eyeliner for $3.00.

And i also got some things from there essentials line the first things i got are two of the  e.l.f. Essential Waterproof Eyeliner Pen for $2.00.  Then i got the e.l.f. Essential Eyelash Curler for $1.00. I also got the  e.l.f. Essential Shadow Lock Eyelid Primer for $2.00.  The last e.l.f product i got  is the e.l.f. Essential Eye Shadow Brush for $1.00. 

 The last things i got from target are kinda random but i just thought i would pick them up. The first thing i got was just a rejuvenating mask for like $2.00. I have been wanting to try this for the longest time so when i saw it i had to pick it up and it is the NYX jumbo eye pencil in the shade milk. Then i also got the NYC high definition liquid eyeliner in the shade extra black and it was around $3.00. The last thing i got on my trip to target was the wetnwild ultimate brow kit, i normally get the NYX brow kit but they were out of my shade so i found this it was about $4.00. March favorites

Hey guys, can you believe it's April already? Spring is here so i thought i would do a march favorites for you guys:)

:Makeup

Okay so the first thing is a mascara and it is the only mascara that doesn't make my eyes dry and red, and i love it. The next thing is the e.l.f. setting spray and it really dose work and it's only like $5.00. Since it's spring i am on the look for cute spring nail polish so i found this nude one and the purple one at the end and they are both amazing. Okay so i found that hand cream at hobby lobby and it makes my hands feel so soft and i love it.

:Food

Okay this is like the best popcorn in the world and we have been eating it so much this month it's crazy.

:Clothing items

These two shirts i have been wearing a lot the striped one is from target and the furby one is from H&M.

My house tour

Hey everybody. :) Today's post has a LOT of pictures, so bare with me. :) But i am going to be showing you around my house. :) So let's get started.

Okay so first we have the outside of our house.

This is the front of our house, the porch and the little chicken house.

Since our yard is pretty big mom likes to ring this to get us to come inside lol. :)

Now we will head in the house. :)

Here is the living room.

We're in here a lot, this is where we do some of our reading for school, bible study and we like to gather here with friends.

And the school desk.

This is also where i do most of my blogging.

Okay now let's move on to the dining room.

Okay so here is where we eat, play bored games and do some of our school.

And here is our craft/laundry room. We do all of our sewing and most of our crafting projects in here.

And here is the laundry side of it. :)

Next is our kitchen Which is a pretty cool room because it has food in it.

Now if we head down the hall the first door is my parents room.

The next door is my little brothers room.

And the room at the end of the hallway is me and my sisters bedroom. I already have a room tour i will link it below just to save space.
