My house tour

Hey everybody. :) Today's post has a LOT of pictures, so bare with me. :) But i am going to be showing you around my house. :) So let's get started.

Okay so first we have the outside of our house.

This is the front of our house, the porch and the little chicken house.

Since our yard is pretty big mom likes to ring this to get us to come inside lol. :)

Now we will head in the house. :)

Here is the living room.

We're in here a lot, this is where we do some of our reading for school, bible study and we like to gather here with friends.

And the school desk.

This is also where i do most of my blogging.

Okay now let's move on to the dining room.

Okay so here is where we eat, play bored games and do some of our school.

And here is our craft/laundry room. We do all of our sewing and most of our crafting projects in here.

And here is the laundry side of it. :)

Next is our kitchen Which is a pretty cool room because it has food in it.

Now if we head down the hall the first door is my parents room.

The next door is my little brothers room.

And the room at the end of the hallway is me and my sisters bedroom. I already have a room tour i will link it below just to save space.

And that is most of the rooms in our house other than the down stairs and the two bathrooms. :)

Book Review March 2015:365 Blog Topic Ideas.

The book 365 Blog Topic Ideas by Dana Fox is something i have been waiting such a long time for. and it was totally worth the wait. In this book review i am going to tell you a little about it and how i like it. So let's jump right in shall we?:)

The book is very well put together and quite pretty, i love the cover. And it is absolutely wonderful when i need to get a post up and can't figure out what to write about. I like to have a pen and note book handy so when i come across an idea i would like to use,  i write the page number down. One of the great things about the book is that the ideas are customizable to your niche. And there are a few pages in the back specifically for the holidays and i can't wait to use some of those.

I ordered mine from Amazon and it came in a week and it was in perfect condition when i got it. I will link the book and her blog below if you are interested in checking out either of them. The book is just small enough to fit in my bag so i can take it on the go. I think it was a wonderful investment and i will definitely be using it a lot. It is a wonderful little book to have around when you have a case of writers block.

Homemade french fries

Today i am going to show you guys how to make some homemade french fries:)

First you will want to put the oven on 400 degrees. While you wait for the oven to heat up you can start  to wash and dry the potatoes.

Next you are going to want to cut the potatoes up into small chunks.

Coat them in a thick layer of olive oil and sprinkle them with some salt.

You are gonna want to put them in the oven for about 10 minutes or until they're soft and crispy around the edges.

Ingredients

:5 Potatoes

:Salt

:Olive oil

Instructions

Put oven on 400 degrees.

Wash and cut potatoes.

Coat them with a thick layer of olive oil and sprinkle some salt or spices.

Put them in the oven for 10 to 15 minutes or until soft and crispy around the edges.

1. What are the long-term goals you have for your blog?

Well i really just want to inspire girls. I want to help them know that there're not alone and that I'm here for them. I would also like to kinda make this my job i mean i love this blog i hope that one day it can be something i do for a living

2. Where do you get your Blogspiration (blog inspiration)?

Pretty much every where. I get it from life experiences and things i do in my day to day life, feeling i have or things i see in magazines. I also get it from other blogger's i follow so many different blogs it's crazy.

3. What are your favorite kinds of posts (to read and write)?

I like to write/read about anything really but i would have to say my favorite thing to write is motivation i have always enjoyed helping other people realize what they can accomplish. And my favorite thing to read is probably fashion or diys.

4. What is your most popular post so far?

Well the top three are #1 Diy lemon sugar scrub #2 No one's perfect #3 Motivation

5. Why’d you start blogging? 

Well it was just after i finished a big play i was in and i was kinda bored without the six hour rehearsals so i decided why not start a blog. I have plenty of story's to tell:)

6. Do you have any funny blogger rituals/habits before, during, or after you write a post?

 Umm well not really, I normally just turn on the TV or some music grab a drink and get to work.

7. If you could be a person in a TV show, who would it be?

Katara from [Avatar the last air bender] How cool would it be to bend water?!

8. Tell me something weird about you.

Haha where do i start, well everything haha. Umm well sometimes i talk to myself kinda like thinking out loud.

9. What color are your toenails right now? Followed by, what color do you want them to be? 

Right now my toenails are hot pink but i think I'm paint them purple.

10. What is your favorite thing to wear?

Something i have been wearing a lot is a new vest i just bought i put it on over everything.

11. Would you rather your readers: laugh, cry, learn something new, be entertained, or feel empowered by your work?

All of the above. I want them to feel like they can relate to my posts. I've had people tell me that my posts make them feel all of those things and that just makes me so happy.
