2 Cups granulated sugar
4 eggs

How to make the Sugar cookies
  1. Cream the soft butter with the sugar until the combination is smooth in a mixing bowl.
  2. Add all 4 eggs at one time. Continue to mix. -Add the vanilla.. Continue mixing.
  3. Sift the four, baking powder, and salt together.
  4. Add the dry mixture to the wet mixture. Continue mixing to make sure all ingredients are thoroughly blended.
  5. Wrap the bowl in plastic wrap.
  6. Put the bowl in the refrigerator for about 6 hours or overnight. Check to see if the dough is firm.
  7. Preheat oven to 325 degrees.
  8. Pull the cookie dough out of the refrigerator and sit it out to soften up a little.
  9. Put flour out on a cutting board or counter, rub flour on the rolling pin, and work some flour into the batter.
  10. Roll the dough out on the cutting board and using your Pumpkin  cookie cutter and start to make your cookies.
  11. Line the cookie sheet with parchment paper.
  12. Move the cut cookie to the parchment lined cookie sheet.
  13. Bake at 325 degrees for 8 minutes.  Check to see if the cookie are thoroughly baked.
  14. Let the cookies cool completely.  (About 10 minutes).
See like i said they looked horrible but they tasted amazing! I'm sure you guys could make these like ten times better haha.

Next you are going to want to melt your chocolate. Add butter and chocolate in your pan. Put the stove on about 4 or 5 and continue stirring till completely melted. Get a icing tool and start spreading the orange chocolate on your cookies. Next melt the dark chocolate and put in a Ziploc bag, cut the tip and use this for your lines and stem. Let the chocolate cool completely so it can harden. Then enjoy you super good Pumpkin sugar cookie! :)

Book Review March 2015:365 Blog Topic Ideas.

The book 365 Blog Topic Ideas by Dana Fox is something i have been waiting such a long time for. and it was totally worth the wait. In this book review i am going to tell you a little about it and how i like it. So let's jump right in shall we?:)

The book is very well put together and quite pretty, i love the cover. And it is absolutely wonderful when i need to get a post up and can't figure out what to write about. I like to have a pen and note book handy so when i come across an idea i would like to use,  i write the page number down. One of the great things about the book is that the ideas are customizable to your niche. And there are a few pages in the back specifically for the holidays and i can't wait to use some of those.

I ordered mine from Amazon and it came in a week and it was in perfect condition when i got it. I will link the book and her blog below if you are interested in checking out either of them. The book is just small enough to fit in my bag so i can take it on the go. I think it was a wonderful investment and i will definitely be using it a lot. It is a wonderful little book to have around when you have a case of writers block.

Her blog.

Melt your coconut oil and pour it over your sugar, then mix.

Zest 1 lemon and put aside.

Juice the lemon and then strain into a bowl to get ride of the pulp.
